Overcoming Laziness
Often when we’ve learned how to meditate and have a strong wish to practice, we still seem to have obstacles to really getting down to actually practicing. Buddha described this as a form of spiritual laziness. There are three types that prevent us from actually practicing: the laziness of procrastination, the laziness of following distractions, and the laziness of discouragement. This half-day course will look at methods to overcome these three inner obstacles and show how to develop a mind of joyful effort. Come and learn how to give your spiritual practice a boost!
