In these classes, we will look at solutions to address the difficulties most of us face on a daily basis.
Using Buddhist mind training techniques, we will learn how to identify, reduce and abandon our frustration, stress, anxiety, jealousy, disappointment, insecurity and more. We can learn how to solve our daily problems by changing our mind. In doing so, we will develop more inner peace, thus creating a more enjoyable, relaxed, happier day to day life.
