These lunchtime meditation are a perfect opportunity to create some inner peace to empower your mind for the rest of the day. These classes include some brief instruction and guided meditation. Drop in any time and stay for lunch if you wish. After the meditation, enjoy a homemade soup or a homemade quiche in our World Peace Cafe.

Everyone is welcome.
