Breaking The Bonds of Addiction & Craving
Buddha taught that due to our negative states of mind, such as craving, we create many compulsive bad habits and, like trying to quench our thirst by drinking sea water, we never find the lasting peace and satisfaction we desire.
On this half day course we will learn a series of meditations that help us break free of the bonds of addictive tendencies, find lasting peace and contentment, and overcome painful feelings of dissatisfaction.
