In this course we will mainly look at the Buddhist practice of Transference of Consciousness (Powa in Tibetan) whereby we can use the power of prayer and meditation to help transfer and guide the consciousness of someone who has recently deceased into a fortunate rebirth and future life.

We will also learn how to live our life in the most meaningful and rewarding way so that when the time of our death comes we can leave this world without regrets and in the joyful knowledge that we made the most of our precious human life.
