By meditating on emptiness we can realize the world is merely an appearance to mind, like a dream, and through realizing this we can learn to let go, live lightly in our world, and keep a happy mind.

On this half day course we will learn a series of meditations that help us break free of the bonds of addictive tendencies, find lasting peace and contentment, and overcome feelings of dissatisfaction.

This special fasting and purification practice is performed in conjunction with Eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara.

Held at the Yellowave Beach Sports Clubhouse (Brighton). In this relaxing 1/2 day retreat we will be learning how to use meditation on the mind (known as Mahamudra meditation) to experience greater peace, clarity, and well-being.
