Whilst continuing to stream, we are working to re-open the centre to allow in-person attendance to some classes in the safest way possible. This will take us time and our startup will be a rolling start. We will send out messages with any updates as we have them. Please be sure you are on our emailing list to receive the updates.

BOOKING
When you sign up, you will receive an email with the links to the live retreat sessions. After each session is finished you can use the same links to access the recording of the class which will remain valid for 7 days.
If you don’t receive an email, please check in your junk box as it may have landed there!We stream our classes using ZOOM. If this is your first experience on ZOOM, please prepare in advance by downloading the ZOOMapp download the Zoom app here (which is free) on to your device or by registering on your laptop or other computer.

The Oral instructions of Mahamudra
In this special retreat on the Oral Instructions of Mahamudra we will explore the profound and uncommon practices of the Ganden Oral Lineage as presented by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. We will specifically focus on the 5 stages of training in Mahamudra meditation as they are presented in this extraordinary text, with emphasis on memorization and reciting mentally from the heart while concentrating on the meaning.
