Meditation and Mindfulness Toolkit – half day event
More and more of us are becoming interested in meditation. Therefore it is very important to understand all the essential mental tools needed to meditate successfully. This half day course will explain how to prepare properly for meditation, how to use mindfulness and alertness to keep our mind focused on our object of meditation and how to prevent distractions and dullness from destroying the power of meditation. We will also look at simple yet profound meditations to help us develop and maintain a peaceful mind.
During the break, our café is open for you to relax, unwind and enjoy light and tasty refreshments.
