During this day retreat Kadam Neil will introduce and guide meditations on ultimate truth emptiness based on the experience of dreams.

The emphasis will be on how to gain a deep experience of emptiness in meditation and keep that experience during our daily life.

Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher of this course

Kadam Neil has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 40 years and has worked closely with him on editing and translating many of his books.

He is a senior teacher who teaches the Special Teacher Training Programme at the centre with over 800 people around the world studying on the programme by correspondence.

Having taught internationally for many years, Kadam Neil brings a wealth of practical and meditative experience to his teachings.

He is frequently invited to lead retreats and teach at other centres.
