During this relaxing retreat & weekend course we will be looking at various aspects of Buddhist teachings and meditations that heal both our body & mind and help restore harmony and balance into all areas of our life.
The practice of meditation enables us to overcome negative minds, painful emotions, and physical sickness as well as improving our sense of wellbeing and relationships with others.
