Everyone is welcome to celebrate this Christmas in the warm, friendly, and peaceful atmosphere of Bodhisattva Centre. On this special course we will focus on meditations that open the heart and bestow upon us the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and others – the gift of inner peace.

With Buddhist teachings and guided meditations the schedule will be very relaxed; giving you plenty of time to relax, unwind, and spend time in the good company of positive minded people.

We will enjoy Christmas lunch together and, for those who wish, a walk along the seafront!

Timetable:

10.00 – 11.00 : Meditation Session 1
12.00 – 13.00 : Meditation Session 2
13.00 : Christmas Lunch
15.00 : Walk along the sea front!
