Improving Relationships through Mindfulness – half day course
This half day course will introduce powerful meditations that enable us to be mindful of the kindness and good qualities of others allowing us to keep a mind of love, even when a relationship is difficult. The course will also introduce a special meditation that allows us to step into the shoes of another person and empathize with them, seeing the situation from the other person’s perspective. This meditation technique allows us to be more compassionate, understanding and patient with others, especially those that we find difficult.
During the break, our café is open for you to relax, unwind and enjoy light and tasty refreshments.

Steve Cansdale has been a student and teacher at Bodhisattva Kadampa Meditation Centre for over 12 years. He presents the teachings in a warm and practical manner, making it easy to put the teachings into practice in our daily life.
