None of us wants difficulty and problems in our lives, but we’ve all got them! Discover Buddha’s genius mind-training techniques: special ways of thinking to reframe and transform our problems into opportunities. With this special wisdom we can transmute the base metal of our ordinary lives into the gold of the spiritual path to liberation and enlightenment.

Teacher

Asa Bennett is an experienced and popular meditation teacher and a very highly regarded, award-winning music producer. Asa shows a great example of how a modern Kadampa practitioner integrates meditation with a busy working life and his teachings draw from his personal practice.
