The Art of Acceptance

In this meditation workshop Susan will explain simple Buddhist meditation and mindfulness techniques for enjoying a happy and a peaceful mind, regardless of the difficulties that arise in our life.
- Discover why difficult people and situations have no real power to cause us problems, and how they can even help us develop peace of mind.
- Learn how to accept yourself and improve relationships with others through patience and kindness.
- Find true contentment and inner strength from a peaceful mind that doesn’t depend on external circumstances.
- Gain confidence to deal with life challenges
constructively.

Susan has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and presents the teachings in a very practical way.
