Everyone Welcome,
There is no need to book in advance for the meditation classes, you are welcome to drop in at any time for an individual class.
These classes are suitable for parents with babies and toddlers. They consist of a short talk and a guided meditation to help parents relax, unwind, and develop a peaceful mind. The babies remain with the parents during the class. After the class parents are invited to socialize in our beautiful World Peace Café
Fees: £1.50 per class for each parent
