CLEAR SKY MIND RETREAT | 20th – 23rd March 2026

at the Temple for World Peace ~ KMC Malaga, Spain

The Retreat

This retreat will take you on an inner journey into the clear and limitless nature of your own mind and help you to experience the peace and clarity you have been longing for.

Along with our Resident Teacher Gen Jigme. our Bodhisattva KMC Teachers will explain and guide simple, yet profound meditations that begin to open up a whole new inner world to gain deep insight and ability to understand and control your own mind.

Mahamudra (meditation on the mind) is the heart practice of Kadampa Buddhism. A great favourite among practitioners and praised as being one of the best methods to improve mindfulness and concentration. Deeply relaxing and profoundly illuminating, these meditations will improve your meditation skills and empower you to maintain a happy and peaceful mind in your daily life.

Dive into the silence and the clarity of your own mind and experience the tranquility and transformative quality of the mind’s pure nature, allowing you to let go of limiting and painful self-conceptions and to progress towards becoming the person you wish to be.’

This retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from everyday activities and worries and embark on a meditative journey.

Each session will include uplifting talks and guided meditations, allowing both new and experienced practitioners to relax and enjoy this step-by-step retreat, reaching deeper levels of inner peace and happiness. There will also be plenty of time for relaxing and connecting with like-minded people.

What a better place is there to enjoy this retreat than in the serene beauty of a Temple for World Peace in warm sunny Andalusia, Spain?

Work has now begun on this precious Kadampa Meditation Center. This project is very special for the NKT, as it stems from Venerable Geshe-la’s desire to reciprocate the kindness of this region where he lived for more than 20 years.

Please email us at events@meditateinbrighton.com for more information about this Tuesday option.
