What is meditation?

Meditation is a mind that concentrates single-pointedly on a virtuous object, and is a mental action that is the main cause of mental peace. The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful so that we can find relief from mental discomfort, worries or anxiety. Through a qualified meditation practice, we become deeply familiar with states of mind that are conducive to happiness.

These thirty minute meditation classes will allow you to truly relax and de-stress so you can return to your day feeling clear-headed and refreshed. A typical session includes a brief explanaton and guided meditation with the topics listed below.
