DEALING WITH DEPRESSION | Half Day Course | January 24th

Dealing With Depression

with Gen Kelsang Jigme

Depression is an extremely common problem nowadays.  It can affect any of us, at any time.  When we’re suffering from depression we often feel deeply unhappy about our life, isolated and alone – powerless to escape from the painful feelings in our mind.

On this course, taught by experienced Kadampa Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Jigme, we will explore practical methods that help us to deal with and start to overcome depression.  Using practical insights from Buddhist teachings we can understand its causes and how to overcome it through developing inner peace and mental strength.  In this way we can break free from depression and create the happy and meaningful life we really want.

Everyone is welcome.
