Meditation Class in Worthing

Meditation Classes around Sussex at Worthing Quaker Meeting House

On Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vince Bassett

Introduction to Buddhism
Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times

Over 2500 years after the passing of Buddha, his message continues to resonate. This compelling series of classes will explain the essential principles of the Buddhist way of life and what it means to be a Buddhist. Meditation is explained clearly and simply as a tool for developing qualities such as inner peace, love and patience.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time.  No previous experience with meditation is necessary.  You don’t need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs.

Everyone is welcome.
