Silencing the inner critic – half day event
Many of us have a tendency to be excessively self-critical with self doubt and lacking confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work, and our ability to realise our full potential in life. On this half-day course we will learn how to use meditation to experience the freedom of letting go of self-critical thoughts, self-doubt, and feelings of discouragement.
During the break our café is open for you to relax, unwind and enjoy light and tasty refreshments.
Teacher
Susan Tait has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and has taught Kadampa meditation in the US and the UK. She presents the teachings in a practical and often humorous way making it easy to apply in daily life.

10.00 am – 11.15 am: Session 1
11.15 am – 12pm: Break
12pm – 1.15 pm: Session 2
