What’s the best way to improve our self-confidence and self-esteem – our sense of self worth?  The Buddhist answer to this essential question is quite different from our usual ways of thinking about this.  We might think it’s important to put our own needs and wishes first, to see ourselves as most important, but Buddha said the opposite is true!  He taught that the best way to change our overly-critical, negative view of ourselves and develop real inner strength and confidence is to train ourselves in kindness, practising love and consideration for others.   Come and discover these simple but revolutionary, positive ways of thinking on this mini-course.  Everybody is welcome and no previous experience is necessary.
