Dealing with StressPractical methods to deal with & reduce stress and anxiety with simple meditation techniques. Everyone can use these methods – they’re very effective for coping with and overcoming the stress, worry and anxiety that so many of us are experiencing nowadays in this crazy world! These classes are taught by experienced Kadampa Buddhist teachers: they include guided meditations, a talk and time for questions and answers.
