Take a break from your normal routine and spend a few days relaxing in the comfortable and peaceful surroundings of Bodhisattva Kadampa Meditation Centre. During this retreat you can learn gentle meditation techniques to unwind your body and mind, so that you will return home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated both spiritually and physically.

The weekend begins  with an evening Friday two course supper followed by a short guided meditation in our beautiful meditation space.

Saturday includes our mini course – Self-Confidence Through Kindness  10am-1:15pm

The retreat venue

The environment of Bodhisattva KMC is very relaxing and there is plenty of time between retreat sessions to enjoy our café, to meet and chat with other retreaters and the community of Bodhisattva KMC, and to enjoy walking and gentle strolls along the Brighton and Hove sea front and promenade. The peaceful surroundings of Bodhisattva KMC help people to create a comfortable space within their own minds.



2:00-6:45pm: Check in
6-7pm: Two course meal
7-7:45pm: Gentle guided meditation for a good night’s sleep

Saturday: Stress Factor Zero 1/2 day course
6:30am-8:30am Self serve continental breakfast
9:15-9:45am  Café open for hot drinks and snacks
10-11:15am: Teaching and Meditation
11:15am-12pm Break- Café open for hot drinks and snacks
10.45–11.30am: Teaching and Meditation

1pm Lunch
2:30pm Centre closes to the public
