Relax and Enjoy Life
Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. When our mind is peaceful we feel happy regardless of our external circumstances. Through becoming familiar with meditations that help our mind to relax we can enjoy our life without depending on the situations around us going the way we want them to all the time. This is true relaxation.
Teacher
Kelsang Drolkar is a Kadampa nun and our Education Programme Co-ordinator.
She has done many meditation retreats and presents the teachings in a very practical and clear way.
