Course info

In this relaxing 1/2 day mini meditation retreat, we will be learning how to use meditation on the mind, known as Mahamudra meditation, to experience greater peace, clarity, and well-being. Derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, the meditations will lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness. Through training in Mahamudra meditation, we can discover our potential for genuine peace of mind and happiness and find inner freedom from anxiety, fear & other painful emotions.

The retreat is open to everyone of all levels of experience and will be held in the beautiful, warm and relaxing setting of the Yellowave Beach Sports Clubhouse in Brighton. The clubhouse offers an open, light and airy space perfect for practising meditation. The single-story, wood clad building has uninterrupted sea views. The beach feel provides a unique space for this meditation retreat. There are chairs and cushions available, but you are welcome to bring your own cushion (or blanket) for extra comfort.
