    Inspiring Advice for Difficult times

    Saturday 2nd Jan | 10am – 4pm

As we move from a challenging 2020 into the unchartered territory of 2021, we can be sure that it too will be filled with challenges and difficulties.  Buddhist mind training practices teach us practical and profound ways to transform difficulties into opportunities for spiritual growth  On this day course, Gen Thekchen will explore powerful methods to increase our love, compassion, patience and understanding in the midst of uncertain and difficult times.  We will also look at the profound practice of taking and giving.   This is a special mind training technique that we can apply in every situation to make our mind stronger and keep our heart open and relaxed.
