course info

We all struggle at times with our crazy monkey-like mind. It often feels like our mind is all over the place, like a balloon in the wind. Buddha taught simple yet effective meditations to settle the mind – to free the mind from distracting thoughts and allow it to rest and settle into a state of inner peace. There are many different methods such as focusing on the breath, learning to temporarily stop all thoughts and feelings and watching the mind.
This half day course will explore these calming meditations and will provide an opportunity to experience the inner peace of a quiet mind.

    TEACHER

Susan Tait has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and presents the teachings in a very practical way.
