What’s Love got to do with it?

Includes a Q&A with 3 Senior Kadampa Buddhist Practitioners.

Our relationships with others are so important.  Most of our relationships are based on a mixture of love and attachment.  To get the most out of our relationships with others, we need to learn to distinguish attachment from love, and gradually try to reduce our attachment and increase our love until it becomes pure.  This special half day event will begin with a teaching followed by an inspiring Q & A with Kadampa meditators, lay and ordained who have practical experience of these meditations.  Come learn how to practically improve your relationships with others.

The first session will be taught by our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Thekchen.

The second session will be a panel that includes Kelsang Drolkar, Damien Roberts and Steve Cansdale . This is an opportunity to ask questions to practitioners who have been applying these teachings in their relationships for many years.

An event not to be missed!

Teacher

Our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Thekchen, is a senior meditation teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition.  He has been a Buddhist monk and teacher for 20 years, having taught in many Centres in the UK and Canada.  He presents Buddha’s teachings in a practical and often humorous way that enables the listener to easily understand the teachings and put them into practise.
