Love, Desire & Attachment | Day Course 19th October

LOVE, DESIRE & ATTACHMENT

with Gen Kelsang Jigme

“Pure, unconditional love never causes any pain or worry but only peace and joy.”
– Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Why do we so often experience pain in our relationships?  Buddha said this is because it’s sometimes very difficult to distinguish between our love and our attachment for others, but when we are able to do so we will see that it is invariably the attachment that is the cause of our suffering.  Pure, unconditional love never causes any pain or worry but only peace and joy.  Learn to spot the difference between pure love, a true source of happiness that never causes any problems, and the selfish desires that cause us so much pain and heartache.

This course will be taught by Gen Kelsang Jigme.
