Talk & Meditation

with Resident Teacher of KMC Florida and former teacher our Centre in Brighton, Gen Chodor

We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past.  We feel that they define us and affect how we respond to our current life situations.  Through applying wisdom and training in meditation, we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and learn to release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.

This event is taught by Gen Kelsang Chodor, an English Buddhist Monk. Ordained in 2001, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has studied and practiced Buddhism for many years. Gen Chodor was the resident teacher at Bodhisattva KMC for many years before moving to Sarasota, Florida to be the resident teacher there.  He is much loved for his relaxed and gentle nature and teaches with great clarity, insight and wisdom, skillfully guiding people to inner peace and happiness in their lives.

Gen Chodor is the Resident Teacher of KMC Florida
