It’s easy to cling to people, and events in our life regardless of whether we see them as good or bad for us. This mental stickiness or attachment causes us lot’s of mental pain. Often we can’t mentally let go of someone that is no longer in our life, or we can’t forget an unkind comment or gesture someone made towards us. Clinging to the past or fantasizing about the future, prevents us from living a meaningful, happy life now.
This day course will explore methods to let go of this sticky, clinging mind by understanding impermanence and how the mind often projects a distorted version of reality onto everything we experience.
The day will include, teachings, meditations and an opportunity to discuss. Everyone is welcome.
