Steve Cansdale
Steve has been a student and teacher at Bodhisattva KMC for over 15 years. He is a wonderful example of a Bodhisattva – a friend of the world. He presents the teachings in a very practical and caring way that makes it easy to understand and put into practice.
Course info
Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. Especially suitable for beginners you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.
During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and create harmony in your relationships.
