Meditation & mindfulness in Horsham
These classes are organized as short courses, covering a wide range of engaging topics (See below for details). You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.
The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life.
The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class. Refreshments are provided.
