Become a Better Meditator
Meditation has become very popular recently. We can quickly learn the basics of breathing meditation and yet still have difficulties in overcoming distractions. This course will look at how to use mindfulness and alertness to make our meditations more effective. It will also explore other secrets to successful meditation.
Teacher
Gen Kelsang Thekchen is our Resident Teacher. He’s been teaching for over 20 years in the UK and Canada and presents the teachings in a clear, practical and often humorous manner.
