    When you sign up, you will receive an email with the links to the live retreat sessions. After each session is finished you can use the same links to access the recording of the class which will remain valid for 7 days.

Kadam Bridget Heyes, is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang who has been practising for over 25 years. Kadam Bridget is the principal teacher at Nagarjuna KMC and the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK.

Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life. Kadam Bridget shows an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
