In this relaxing five-day away retreat at KMC Spain, Malaga, we will be learning how to use meditation on the mind (known as Mahamudra meditation) to experience greater peace, clarity, and well-being. Derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, the meditations on this retreat will lead you on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

The retreat is open to everyone of all levels of experience and will be held in the beautiful, warm and relaxing setting of KMC Spain’s retreat Centre.

With a relaxed schedule giving plenty of time each day to enjoy walks in the surrounding area, this retreat is designed to be of benefit for both the body and mind. This retreat is being organised by Bodhisattva KMC, in Brighton and Dharmavajra Buddhist Centre, Swansea.

(In order to facilitate the running of this retreat we offer all our attendees the opportunity to help with a small volunteer job to help with the smooth running and organisation of the retreat. This mainly involves a task related to keeping retreat areas clean and tidy and helping with preparation of food. It is a great way to meet and connect with other people on the retreat).
