With our Resident Teacher, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Thekchen. Gen Thekchen will lead two meditations and give a short teaching.

8 Mar: Discontentment and frustration to contentment and peace

15 Mar: Letting go of our uncontrolled desire: the path to inner peace

22 Mar: Dropping our unrealistic expectations and learning to love.

You are welcome to come along to all the classes in this series, or just drop in on the classes as you wish. No need to book – simply pay at Reception when you arrive.
