Crisis! Danger or Opportunity?
Many of us are experiencing unsettled minds as we confront the global pandemic, the self-isolation, and the loss of our ordinary routines and normal life, from a Buddhist perspective see how we can remain calm and positive whilst we are faced with the present situation facing our world. In his teachings Buddha taught how we can play our part in helping to reduce the collective anxiety and fear in our world, and how we can rebuild our mind, our life to be a source of peace and strength for our self and others during these difficult times.

Steve Cansdale has been studying and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years and presents the teachings in a very practical way.
