Meditation Half Day / Day Retreats & Courses
At Bodhisattva Centre we offer a range of inspiring courses that will give you an opportunity to relax and take a break from your life as well as helping you to find inner peace, contentment and happiness from within. Our courses bring many long term benefits into people’s lives including:

A lunchtime meal is provided during our day courses and is vegetarian, home-cooked, and delicious! During the breaks our café is open for you to relax, unwind and enjoy light refreshments.
The courses are taught by experienced teachers who will guide all the meditations and answer any questions you may have about Buddhist meditation practice. In between sessions there is plenty of time to relax, go for walks, rest, and spend time with like-minded people. The peaceful surroundings of Bodhisattva KMC help people to create a comfortable space within their own minds.
