Meditation & mindfulness in Seaford – New Class!
These classes are organized as short courses, covering a wide range of engaging topics (See below for details). You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.
The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!
The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class. Refreshments are provided.
