Freedom from our root delusions

Buddha taught that the root of all our problems and mental pain are our delusions.  Negative states of mind that make our mind unpeaceful and uncontrolled.  There are many different delusions, but they all can be reduced to the three root delusions – anger, attachment and ignorance.  This short series will introduce these three delusions, how to recognize them and how to oppose them with patience, contentment and wisdom.
