Our Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Thekchen, is a senior meditation teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition.
These feature classes with Gen Kelsang Thekchen are organized as short courses, covering a wide range of engaging topics (See below for details). You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.
The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!

What is the mind or consciousness? If all happiness and suffering come from the mind, how do we learn to transform it into positive intentions and perspectives? This series will introduce how the mind works and how Kadampa Buddhist meditations help us to develop these positive views and intentions.
