These meditation classes are particularly suitable for complete beginners. They give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. Advice is also given on how to remain peaceful in daily life by applying the meditation techniques explained in these classes. The classes conclude with an opportunity to chat with the teacher and/or other class members over free refreshments in our beautiful World Peace Café.

These guided meditations help us to develop minds of loving kindness and authentic compassion towards others. Deep familiarity with these meditations our relationships with others will improve and our mental frustration and pain will decrease.
The Series then repeats again. You can retake the 3 series or move on to our main meditation class on Thursdays
