Steve Cansdale

  • DAY & TIME

We will then take a two week break for the International Spring Festival

    Tuesdays | 7:00pm – 8.15pm

These individual classes are self contained and you’re welcome to join anytime.

    Practical Solutions for Everyday Problems

We all face many difficulties day to day.  It’s easy to react to these difficulties with frustration, stress, anxiety and disappointment, which makes the situation worse.

These classes look at Buddhist mind training technology teaching how to identify, reduce and abandon these negative reactions and instead respond with a more peaceful, relaxed mind.

Learn how to transform everyday problems into opportunities for spiritual growth and development.
