  • Inner Peace

    January 19 & 26

    One of the main goals of meditation is to give rise to mental peace, through which we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. Inner peace is something we all have, we just need to find the methods to access this inner source of happiness.

    In this course, you will learn how to cause your mind to become still and calm and discover how to concentrate on this peace in meditation and keep this experience alive in your daily activities.

    • Learn how to gather and still your mind
    • Find peace in and out of meditation
    • Develop wisdom to dispel negativity from your life



    Whilst continuing to stream, we are working to re-open the centre to allow in-person attendance to some classes in the safest way possible.  This will take us time and our startup will be a rolling start.  We will send out messages with any updates as we have them.  Please be sure you are on our emailing list to receive the updates.

    Our classes are intended for people in our local area (Sussex), if you live elsewhere you can find your local centre who will be offering livestream classes here https://kadampa.org/map


    When you sign up, you will receive an email with the link to the live class. After the class is finished you can use the same link to access the recording of the class which will remain valid for 7 days. If you don’t receive an email, please check in your junk box as it may have landed there!

Transform Your Life One Thought at a Time

Buddhist meditation techniques offer us the opportunity to understand and transform the thought patterns that determine the quality of our life. Through sincerely practicing these methods we can finally break the habits that are keeping us stuck and enjoy more freedom and control over our life.

Based on the book “How to Transform Your Life”, Steve will explain simple meditation techniques and mindfulness practices that anyone can use to transform the mind.
