Prayers for a Long Life ~ Amitayus Retreat – February 7th – 9th

UNGUIDED EVENT (Introduction with Gen Kelsang Jigme) ~ Everybody welcome

Amitayus Retreat

February 7th – 9th

Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, merit and wisdom – the main qualities we need if we wish to attain the everlasting happiness of enlightenment.  This annual weekend retreat is an opportunity to focus on the special meditation practice of Amitayus, the Buddha of Immeasurable Life.

Through engaging in the beautiful prayers, meditations, and mantra recitations with faith, we will gradually develop these extraordinary qualities ourself and help others to enjoy a long, happy, and meaningful life.

There will be an introductory talk explaining the practice on the Friday evening and then the subsequent sessions on Saturday and Sunday will be unguided.

Everybody is welcome.
