Worthing Meditation & Mindfulness Classes
Our Buddhist meditation classes give a practical introduction to meditation and include topics such as the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, good posture, types of meditation, and how to start a daily meditation practice. In each class there are guided meditations and an inspiring talk on an aspect of Buddhist philosophy and its relevance to our modern daily lives. Everyone is welcome to attend these classes. Seating is on chairs, however for those who prefer sitting on the floor you are most welcome to bring your own cushions.

How to attend
Everyone is welcome. You do not need to book in advance to attend these classes – just turn up shortly before the start time and pay on arrival.
Our classes can be attended either as a full course or on a drop-in basis. See calendar below for individual drop-in class dates.
