Smiling face, loving mind
Smiles begin inside – they are reflections of a happy and loving mind. Through meditation on loving kindness and patience we can learn to develop an inner smile that is truthful, honest and without malice. When we are feeling good about ourself we will naturally feel good about others and benefit them in everything we think, say and do.
This weekend retreat will explain simple but powerful meditations that will open our heart of loving kindness and will enable us to train in patient acceptance.
Topics include how to practice patient acceptance, how to see kindness in others, and how to let go of our biased views towards others.
