Meditations for Relaxation

These simple meditations can be practiced by anyone. Each meditation helps us to develop inner peace and a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
Breathing meditation helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.

The course will be based on the CD Meditations for Relaxation, which introduces three different breathing meditations. The CD is available for purchase from our shop or to download as an MP3 here.

Meditations for a Clear Mind

In these classes we will learn and practise deeply relaxing meditations to break through the clouds of normal ways of thinking and experience the clear peaceful nature of the mind.

When our mind is peaceful, free from mental discomfort and worries, we will come to experience true happiness from within.

Meditations for a Kind Heart

These guided meditations help us to develop minds of loving kindness and authentic compassion towards others.  Deep familiarity with these meditations our relationships with others will improve and our mental frustration and pain will decrease.
