Learn to Meditate
Enjoy a stress-free morning of peace and tranquillity!
Meditation is a simple but very effective method to calm the mind, let go of stress, tension and worry, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing.
Especially suitable for beginners you will be introduced to meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone.
During this course you will get practical experience of the benefits of meditation, including how to use meditation to handle stress, be happy, stay focused and have harmony in your relationships.
At the end of the course you can choose one meditation to focus on and train in at home to continue to experience these benefits for yourself.

Teacher
Kelsang Drolkar is a Kadampa nun and our Education Programme Co-ordinator. She has done many meditation retreats and presents the teachings in a very practical and clear way.
