Meditations for healing ourselves & others
Meditation is the medicine for the mind. On this course we will explore various aspects of Buddhist teachings and meditations that heal both our body & mind and help restore harmony and balance into all areas of our life. The problems of everyday life often bring inner pain and restlessness. Experience the healing power of meditation to overcome painful states of mind and enjoy a happy and meaningful life. We shall be looking at simple yet profound meditations that will help transform the mind.
