The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus
To enjoy a meaningful human life we need long life and wisdom. The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus is the principal method for increasing our lifespan, merit and wisdom. In each session we can also practise to increase the lifespan of our precious Guru – to maintain his form body in this world.
It is traditional for Kadampa centres to engage in short retreat on this beautiful practice early in the year.
We are putting on sessions at 9am, 11.30am and 3.30pm on each of Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd February 2018.
Everyone is welcome to any of the sessions.
